Warranty & Returns 

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged to all unused products that are returned.  Shipping costs are always non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Special orders are non refundable.  Mats found to damaged or misshipped items will be replaced for at no charge.

Warranties vary buy product and are always prorated.  Contact customer service for more details. 

 

Rubber issues 

All rubber products have a scent.  Usually proper maintenance will help disapate the initial smell over a period of time.  Proper room ventilation goes a long way to help reduce the smell of rubber. Some locally available cleaners can be used to reduce the scent.  Contact customer service for help. 

 

Shading issues 

Many products we sell have a recycled content.  Because of this, lot to lot shading issues can occur. Example - rolled rubber orders placed today may not match the same rolled rubber order placed 3 months ago.  Products produced in same run will be similar.

Carpet products and foam products are prone to die lot issues.  We recommend when buying for a large job, to make sure you buy enough product.
